I'm Anders Hojmose, an experienced design leader with over 15 years of expertise crafting and delivering digital experiences that seamlessly blend user needs, technology, and business objectives.

My work is driven by a deep commitment to elevating the design discipline and the teams I work with. Guided by empathy, integrity, and trust, I prioritize fostering growth within my teams, building effective strategic partnerships, and encouraging cross-discipline collaborations.

I have extensive experience in human-centered design processes, DesignOps, and Design Systems, and my coding skills enable me to leverage modern front-end frameworks, generative AI, and large data sets. Naturally curious, I'm profoundly interested in how design can enable meaningful application of AI and how it, in turn, is reshaping design practices and product development.

As Experience Design Director at Sonova, I lead the end-to-end design of hearing care solutions that empower people worldwide to enjoy the delight of hearing. Based near Zurich, Switzerland.
